TERRY'S DRIVING SCHOOL CONTRACT

This Contract is entered into on DATE:

Between Terry's Driving School and

1.1 The Driver shall operate the School's vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and road signs.

1.2 The Driver shall adhere to and apply instructions provided by the School's instructors at all times.

1.3 The Driver shall maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during lessons.

2.1 The School shall ensure its vehicles are serviced and maintained in good working condition.

2.2 The Driver shall be liable for damages caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions.

3.1 The Driver shall make payments in cash, EFT payment, or as deemed acceptable by Terry’s Driving School.

3.2 Payments are non-refundable.

4.1 The School's vehicles are insured for accidents involving both parties.

4.2 The Driver shall comply with instructor teachings to avoid road hazards.

5.1 Both parties shall manage time to avoid delays.

5.2 The Driver shall be penalized for late arrival.

6.1 The Driver may cancel lessons prior to the scheduled time.

6.2 Same-day cancellations shall incur a penalty.

7.1 The Driver shall refrain from smoking, eating, or using electronic devices while operating the vehicle.

8.1 Instructors shall provide clear instructions.

8.2 Instructors shall ensure vehicle safety.

8.3 Instructors shall maintain a respectful learning environment.

9.1 Disputes shall be resolved through mediation.

9.2 Mediation shall be conducted in accordance with South African laws.

10.1 Either party may terminate this Contract with 30 days' written notice.

10.2 If the School does not hear from the Driver for 4 weeks, their contract will be terminated.

11.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

By signing below, the Driver acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.
